RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items purchased from Draconis BookNook.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a defect, design error, or incorrect colour, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at draconis_booknook@yahoo.com. We will offer a replacement for qualifying defective items.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item
- Provide proof of purchase
- Describe the defect, design error, or colour discrepancy with photographic evidence
If you contact us after the 14-day period, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
How to Report an Issue
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at draconis_booknook@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective item and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Approved claims for defective items will result in a replacement only.
