Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Apparel items: 2-3 weeks (made to order)
  • Bookmarks and stickers: 7-10 business days

Processing times do not include shipping time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland)
  • United States

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery location.

Please note: For orders shipping to the United States, shipping costs are higher as customs and duties fees are prepaid prior to dispatch. This ensures a smoother delivery experience with no unexpected charges upon arrival.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK mainland: 1-2 business days (standard delivery)
  • UK next working day upgrade: Available at checkout for faster delivery
  • International orders (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): 7-14 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs and Duties

  • US orders: Customs and duties fees are prepaid and included in your shipping cost
  • Other international orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
